Upgrading/Downgrading your web hosting account

In order to upgrade or downgrade your webhosting account, you will need to open a ticket with our billing department, and submit the following information:

- Your Full Name
- Your Street Address
- Your Phone number
- Your email address on file
- Domain name associated with the hosting plan you wish to upgrade

In case of an upgrade, you will receive an invoice for the difference in webhosting fees for the current plan which you have to pay. Once you have paid, your account should be automatically upgraded. However, if it does not, please submit a ticket to our billing department and we will gladly assist you.
