Author Support Department on December 22, 2009 | Print | Bookmark

Courtix Hosting shared hosting and reseller hosting accounts allow you to add email forwarders to your account. This means that you will be able to forward emails sent to any email account on your webhosting account to your personal email address.

To enable email forwarders on your hosting account, please follow the exact steps:

  1. Login to your cPanel account
  2. Click on Email Forwarders
  3. Click on Add Forwarder
  4. Enter the address to forward emails from, e.g. joe@yourdomain.com
  5. Choose Forward to Email Address option
  6. Enter the email address you wish to forward your emails to , joe@youremail.com

Now, all emails sent to joe@yourdomain.com will be copied to joe@youremail.com . So if you have created a mailbox account for joe@yourdomain.com , you will receive two copies of each email sent to you. If not, you will only receive a copy at joe@youremail.com
