Author Support Department on December 22, 2009 | Print | Bookmark

A default catch-all email address enables you to receive all emails sent  non-existent email addresses at your domain. In order to setup a default email address, you will need to do the following:

  1. Login to your cPanel account
  2. Click on Default Address under Mail section
  3. Select the Forward to email address option
  4. Enter the email address you wish to send unrouted emails to.
  5. Click the Change button

You're done! Now, whenever someone sends a message to a non-existent email address, it will be forwarded to the email address you specified above.
