Setting up Auto Responders in cPanel

Auto responders allow you to send automated replies once an email is sent to a particular address @yourdomain.com . This is really useful when you are on a vacation, or you want to let the people who have emailed you know that you have received their email message.

To enable auto responses on any email account, please follow the exact steps:

  1. Login to your cPanel account
  2. Click on Auto Responders
  3. Click on Add Auto Responder
  4. In Email field, enter the email address for which you want to send an auto reply.
  5. In From field, enter the email address you want the auto reply to be sent from.
  6. In Subject field, enter the subject of the auto reply email
  7. In Body field, enter the body of the email message
  8. Click on the Create button.

That's it! Now, whenever someone sends a message to that particular email address, they will receive an autoreply containing all of the data specified above.
